While what you say about slow life is true, it really depends on where you live and what you do for a living. If you live in Madrid or Barcelona, the pace of life is quite stressful. Or if you are self-employed, you will be stressed a lot of times, especially when they collect tax.

Regarding food, it's a high quality generally here. When I was living in the UK it was probably what I missed the most.
